Conservation Strategy
The main aim of this report compiled by Alan Baxter & Associates is to provide a brief analysis of the building's history and significance and the degree of survival of historic fabric. It also looks at the conservation issues and opportunities of the building. Finally it shows how the criteria laid out in goverment guidance PPG15 (Planning and the Historic Environment) have been applied in the development of proposals for the building's reuse.
